Acting Managing Director
Anne Mutuah is a seasoned financial services professional with extensive experience spanning business development, human capital management, customer service excellence, and stakeholder engagement. She was appointed Acting Managing Director of Greenwich Registrars & Data Solutions in November 2025, she previously served as Head of Business Development at GRDS and Head of Human Capital at Greenwich Merchant Bank.
With a career that cuts across business relationship management, investment and asset management, marketing, customer service and organizational development, Anne brings a unique blend of commercial acumen and people-centered leadership. She is recognized for her strategic thinking, operational discipline, and commitment to service excellence.
As Acting Managing Director, Anne is focused on driving innovation, strengthening stakeholder confidence, enhancing operational efficiency, and positioning GRDS as a leading registrar and data solutions provider. Her leadership philosophy is rooted in empowering people, fostering collaboration, and delivering sustainable value to clients and stakeholders.
Ekene Nwalioba
Divisional Head, Operations
Ekene earned her B.Sc. in Economics from the Enugu State University of Science and Technology, followed by an M.Sc. in Economics and an MBA in International Business from Lagos State University. She’s a proud associate member of both the Institute of Chartered Economist of Nigeria (ICEN) and the Institute of Capital Market Registrar (ICMR).
Additionally, she’s recognized as a sponsored individual by the Securities & Exchange Commission (SECSI). Her commitment to professional development is evident from her participation in esteemed training programs at institutions like Lagos Business School, John Maxwell Leadership Program, FITC, and Poise Consulting.
Judith Mosindi
Head, Probate Service
Judith is a highly qualified professional with a strong educational background and extensive training. She holds a B.Sc. in Economics from the esteemed Obafemi Awolowo University in Ile Ife, Osun State. Committed to continuous learning and professional growth, Judith has participated in various training programs coordinated by reputable institutions such as the Lagos Business School, Philip Consulting, FITC, and POISE Consulting.
