Kayode Falowo
Chairman
He is the Chairman of Greenwich Registrars & Data Solutions Limited and Group Managing Director/CEO of Greenwich Trust Limited. He is a Chartered Stockbroker with over 30 years post graduate experience and practice in Finance, especially in Commercial and Investment Banking. He holds a B.Sc. (Hons) in Agricultural Engineering from the University of Ife, an MBA from the University of Benin and a Diploma in Information Management.
He has attended numerous workshops and seminars, which include the International Management Programme and Chief Executive Programme at the Lagos Business School and Financial Training at the IESE Business School, Barcelona, Spain.
He is an active member of numerous professional and industry associations. He is a distinguished Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Stockbrokers, a Fellow of the Association of Investment Advisers and Portfolio Managers and a Fellow of the Certified Pension Institute of Nigeria. He is the President of the Nigerian-British Chamber of Commerce and Council Member of the Nigerian-Malaysian Business Council. In addition, he is a Member of the Lagos Chamber of Commerce & Industry, the Institute of Directors (IoD) Nigeria, the Institute of Management Consultants, the Nigerian Institute of Management and the Nigerian Society of Engineers.
He was a Council member of The Nigerian Stock Exchange and once served as the Chairman of the Capital Market Committee on Products and Business Development. He currently seats on the Board of the National Association of Securities Dealers (NASD) Plc, where he is also the Chairman of the Rules Committee. He was also a Member of the Nigerian Economic Summit Group (NESG). He has, in the recent past, served as the Chairman, Association of Issuing Houses of Nigeria (AIHN), a past Member of National Bond Steering Committee, Rules and Regulations Committee of The Nigerian Stock Exchange and the National Essay Competition Committee of The Nigerian Stock Exchange.
Adewale Adegbite
Non-Executive Director
He earned a First Class degree in Accounting and Computer Science from the University of Sheffield, and an MSc in information Systems from the London School of Economics.
He is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales, an Associate of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in Nigeria and Chairman of Manufacturers Association of Nigeria (Ogun State Branch).
Catherine Emuchay
Non-Executive Director
She obtained her first degree and a Masters degree in Public Administration from the University of Maiduguri and the University of Nigeria, Nsukka respectively. She is a member of the Nigerian Institute of Management, the Chartered Institute of Personnel Management and the Institute of Directors and is currently the Executive Director DTD Services with the overall responsibility for the management of the company’s human and material assets.
She has attended various training workshops and courses including the Strategic Human Resource Management Workshop of Harvard University, the Executive Management Program of Kellogg Graduate School of Management, International Management Skills, London and Governance, Risk Management and Compliance (GRC) by Informa Middle East.
She has, at various times, pioneered the development and implementation of human resource management policies for various companies and their employees worldwide.
Philip Ikeazor
Non-Executive Director
He is a member of the Board of Greenwich Registrars & Data Solutions Limited and a Director with Tideway Capital Limited. He holds a B.Sc in (Economics) Accounting & Financial Management from the University of Buckingham, England and is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria as well as the Chartered Institute of Taxation of Nigeria.
Mr. Ikeazor has over thirty (30) years work experience in the financial sector largely in the Corporate Banking and Investment Banking and offshore banking assignments with a brief stint in the manufacturing sector. He has held various board positions notably as the Managing Director, Keystone Bank Limited; Director: Orient Bank Limited Uganda; Executive Director, Union Bank of Nigeria Plc; Director, Union Registrars Limited; Director, Union Capital Limited; Director, Union Bank UK Plc; Director, UBA Trustees Limited and Managing Director, Ecobank Kenya Limited. He has also served as a Member Governing Board, International Crop Institute for Semi Arid Tropics (ICRISAT), India (A member of the World Bank Led Consultative Group on International Agricultural Research) 2006-2012.
He is an alumnus of CEIBS-Wharton–IESE Business School Global CEO Program and has attended various trainings at Harvard Business School, Wharton School of Business and Henley Business School, University of Reading.
Dr. Faruk Umar
Non-Executive Director
He is a member of the Board of Greenwich Registrars & Data Solutions Limited. He also serves on the Board of American Hospitals Limited and the Governing Board of PEARL Awards. He holds a B.Ed in Education from Bayero University Kano, a Masters in Education from Ahmadu Bello University and Doctorate of Philosophy in Educational Psychology from the University of Wisconsin in the United States of America.
In November 2018, he was conferred with the title of Babalaje of InisaLand, Osun State. He serves on the Audit Committees of Aso Savings Plc, SEPLAT Plc and NASCON Plc. He was the Permanent Secretary Special Duties in the Kano State Civil Service from 1983 -1984 and Manager, Educational Services of the Kano State Foundation from 1988 to 1991. Dr. Umar has also held various Board positions in Ashaka Cement Plc; Faisal Pacific Enterprises; Union Homes Savings and Loans Plc; Cement Company of Northern Nigeria Plc and Nahco Plc.
He is a Fellow of Institute of Directors (IOD) and an alumnus of INSEAD Institute. He has also attended several Executive Education and Board training courses at Harvard University and Euromoney London on Corporate Governance, Audit Committee and Risk Management.
Oby Chiki-Ijegbulem

She holds a B.Sc. in Economics from the University of Lagos, and is an Alumna of the Lagos Business School’s Advanced Management Program (AMP) and the IESE Barcelona, Spain.
Oby is a stockbroker and a vibrant member of the dealing community, a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria, Chartered Institute of Stockbrokers, and the Certified Pension Institute of Nigeria.
She is also a Securities Exchange Commission Sponsored Individual and an Authorized Dealer of the Financial Market Dealers Association.
She is currently the Acting Managing Director of Greenwich Registrars & Data Solutions Limited and prior to this post was the Managing Director of Greenwich Securities Limited. She has vast experience in Investment Management, Corporate Finance, Advisory, Stockbroking, Bond Trading, Treasury Management and Operations. Prior to joining Greenwich, she was the Chief Operating Officer and Head of the Bond Trading Desk at the Securities Dealing subsidiary of FutureView Financial Services Limited. She at one time, served as an Investment Officer at Associated Discount House Limited , trading on Fixed Income and Discounted Instruments. She also had a stint as Head, Treasury operations at Associated Discount House Limited.
In 2018, She served on the committee for the Annual Chartered Institute of Stockbrokers conference.
