A seasoned investment banker with more than 30 years of post-graduate experience in finance. He holds a BSc in Agricultural Engineering from the University of Ife and an MBA (Finance) from the University of Benin, and has completed the International Management Programme and Chief Executive Programme at Lagos Business School as well as financial training at IESE, Barcelona.

He is a Distinguished Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Stockbrokers, a Fellow of the Association of Investment Advisers and Portfolio Managers, and a Fellow of the Certified Pension Institute of Nigeria. He serves as President of the Nigerian-British Chamber of Commerce and as a Council Member of the Nigerian-Malaysian Business Council, and is a member of the Lagos Chamber of Commerce & Industry, the Institute of Directors Nigeria, the Institute of Management Consultants, the Nigerian Institute of Management and the Nigerian Society of Engineers.

A former Council member of the Nigerian Stock Exchange, he chaired its Capital Market Committee on Products and Business Development. He currently sits on the Board of NASD Plc as Chairman of the Rules Committee and is a past Chairman of the Association of Issuing Houses of Nigeria.

A director of Greenwich Registrars and Cedar Express Ltd, and Group Managing Director of Oasis Group Limited. He previously worked at KPMG UK, Accenture Nigeria and NBM Bank Ltd, and serves on the boards of FBN General Insurance Ltd and AIICO Pension Managers Limited. He is a former Chairman of Primera Africa Securities Ltd.

He holds a First Class degree in Accounting and Computer Science from the University of Sheffield and an MSc in Information Systems from the London School of Economics. He is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales and an Associate of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria, and currently chairs the Manufacturers Association of Nigeria (Ogun State Branch).

A director of Greenwich Registrars, American Hospitals Limited and the Governing Board of the PEARL Awards. He holds a B.Ed from Bayero University Kano, a Masters in Education from Ahmadu Bello University and a PhD in Educational Psychology from the University of Wisconsin, USA. He was conferred the title of Babalaje of Inisa Land, Osun State, in November 2018.

He serves on the Audit Committees of Aso Savings Plc, SEPLAT Plc and NASCON Plc. He was Permanent Secretary Special Duties in the Kano State Civil Service (1983-1984) and Manager of Educational Services at the Kano State Foundation (1988-1991). Past board positions include Ashaka Cement Plc, Faisal Pacific Enterprises, Union Homes Savings and Loans Plc, Cement Company of Northern Nigeria Plc and Nahco Plc.

He is a Fellow of the Institute of Directors and an INSEAD alumnus, and has attended executive education and board training at Harvard University and Euromoney London focused on corporate governance, audit committees and risk management.

A financial services technology and business leader with global experience across banking, insurance and capital markets, specialising in digital transformation, strategic leadership, cybersecurity, innovation, data analytics and payments technology.

He is President of FinTechNGR, Africa's leading FinTech ecosystem facilitator with more than 450 members. He served on the board of Access Bank PLC from 2017 to 2022 as Group Executive Director for Technology and Operations, during which the customer base grew from 7 million to 50 million. He was previously Executive Director for Market Operations and Technology at the Nigerian Stock Exchange.

Over a 30-year global career, largely in the City of London, he held senior positions including Chairman of Access Bank Kenya and member of the MasterCard Global Technology Advisory Board. He holds a BSc (Hons) in Engineering from the University of Ife, an MSc with distinction in Information Systems from South Bank University and an MBA from Bayes Business School, City University London. He is a Chartered member of the British Computer Society and a member of the Institute of Directors.

She is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (FCA), a Fellow of the Chartered Association of Certified Accountants, UK (FCCA), and a member of the Chartered Institute of Taxation of Nigeria (CITN).

She is passionate about excellence, best practice and good governance, with more than 20 years serving on high-governance boards and committees and 35 years of well-rounded banking and pensions experience. She served as Managing Director/CEO of Leadway Pensure PFA Limited and as an Executive Director at MBC International Bank. Her expertise spans corporate, investment, retail and private banking, corporate management, securities, investment management, pension fund administration and portfolio management.

Her executive development includes the Chief Executive Programme at Lagos Business School, the High Potential Leadership Program at the Wharton School, the Leadership Excellence through Awareness and Practice programme at INSEAD, and a Corporate Governance programme at Northwestern University, USA.
