Currently serving as the Acting Managing Director of Greenwich Registrars & Data Solutions Limited, Oby has demonstrated exceptional leadership and business acumen throughout her career. Prior to her current position, she held the esteemed role of Managing Director at Greenwich Securities Limited, showcasing her proficiency in Investment Management, Corporate Finance, Advisory, Stockbroking, Bond Trading, Treasury Management, and Operations.

Oby's career journey includes notable roles at various financial institutions. Before joining Greenwich, she served as the Chief Operating Officer and Head of the Bond Trading Desk at the Securities Dealing subsidiary of FutureView Financial Services Limited. Additionally, she gained valuable experience as an Investment Officer at Associated Discount House Limited, where she traded Fixed Income and Discounted Instruments. Oby also excelled as the Head of Treasury Operations at Associated Discount House Limited.

Beyond her professional accomplishments, she is an active and respected member of the financial community. In 2018, she served on the committee for the Annual Chartered Institute of Stockbrokers conference, highlighting her dedication to the growth and advancement of the industry.

Furthermore, Oby has taken on a significant leadership role as the Current Chairperson of the ICMR Strategy Sub-committee, contributing her expertise and insights to shape strategic decisions and initiatives in the capital market registrars' domain.

Akeem Adeyinka - Chief Financial Officer

Akeem Adeyinka

Chief Financial Officer

Akeem is a Fellow Chartered Accountant of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria and a graduate of Accounting from Ogun State University, Ago-Iwoye. He became an Associate of the ACA in 2000 and proceeded to obtain a MBA in Marketing from Ladoke Akintola University of Technology, Ogbomosho in 2005.

He commenced his career at Meyer Plc as an Accounting Assistant in the Stocks Control Unit from March 1994 to December 1996. In September 1998, he rose to the position of Manager, Factory Accounts, which he maintained till he was promoted to a Senior Auditor in the organization by September 2000.

His dedication and expertise resulted in his quick progression to the role of Management Accountant, a position which he held from January 2001 to December 2010. He then performed as a Cost and Management Accountant in the organization from January 2011 to February 2016.

In February 2016, Akeem was recruited as the Divisional Head of Financial Control at Greenwich Registrars & Data Solutions, a position he maintained till he was promoted to the Chief Financial Officer in October 2020.

Yewande Akomolede

Company Secretary

Yewande holds a B.L from the Nigerian Law School and was called to the bar in 2004. She also holds a BLL in Law from the University Of Benin (2002). In 2014, she attained her Masters Degree in Commercial & Corporate Law from Queen Mary, University of London and also obtained her Postgraduate Certificate in Maritime Law and a Post Graduate Diploma in International Business Law.

Prior to joining Greenwich Registrars & Data Solutions Limited in 2015, she commenced her career as an Associate in The Law Union (Barristers, Solicitors, and Arbitrators & Notary Public) in 2005. She later proceeded to become Corporate Counsel in Intercontinental Bank Plc (Access Bank Plc) in 2007 and in 2012, she took up the position of Company Secretary/ Legal Adviser to Pierscon Nigeria Limited.

Oladele Agbe-Davies

Head, Information Technology

Oladele Agbe-Davies has over 20 years’ experience in information technology, working with both frontline organizations and the government sector, specializing in cyber security and business process improvement. Serving as lead in the cyber security, digital transformation, and information technology sectors. He is responsible for formulating and implementing strategies that promote efficiency and experience for customers at Greenwich Registrars and Data Solutions.

Prior to joining Greenwich Registrars and Data Solutions, he worked with our subsidiary and Greenwich Merchant Bank. Prior to joining our subsidiary, he also worked at Access Bank HQ and FIRS in Abuja as the lead security consultant, working with the then chairman to move FIRS to digital transformation. He also worked in the international space IBM, KPMG, Department of Veterans Affairs, and the State Department as a technical lead on cyber security infrastructure.

Oladele plays a crucial role in ensuring that digital efforts are aligned with Greenwich Registrars and Data Solutions technology and innovation strategies, with a strong focus on cyber security, stability, and innovation.

He holds a bachelor’s degree in Computer science obtained at the University of Maryland in the United States of America

Mary Adeleye

Head, Registrars

Mary is a highly qualified professional with an MSC in Economics from the University of Lagos and a BSC in Economics from the University of Calabar. She has attended various training programs coordinated by reputable institutions such as the Lagos Business School, Philip Consulting, FITC, and POISE Consulting.

Mary is a Securities Exchange Commission Sponsored Individual with over 17 years of work experience as a Capital Market Operator in the Registrar Business.

Prior to joining Greenwich Registrars and Data Solution Ltd. in 2005, Mary held various roles at First Registrars Nigeria Limited, including Customer/Investor Relationship Manager, Stock Reconciliation Manager, Operations, and Business Development Manager.
Currently, Mary serves as the Head of Registrar Services at Greenwich Registrars and Data Solution Ltd. In this role, she brings her extensive knowledge and expertise to provide top-notch services to clients, overseeing the Registrar business with efficiency and excellence.

Frank Assam

Head, Sales and Business Development

Frank is a highly accomplished professional with a diverse background in sales, business development, and strategy. He holds a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from the University of Lagos and a postgraduate diploma in Business Management from Regenesys Business School. He is a member of several prestigious associations, including the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA) and the Chartered Institute of Administration (ACIA).

Frank began his career at Monna Donna Holdings Nigeria Limited before moving to Adebola Sobanjo & Co., where he played a key role in developing the firm's training programs on Entrepreneurship Development. In 2009, he joined Layer3 as an Office Manager and later became the pioneer Manager for Procurement and Vendor services. He later took the position of Head of Sales, in 2017.

In July 2022, Frank joined GRDS as the Head of Sales and Business Development, leading the Digital Solutions and Managed Service Provider (MSP) business. His responsibilities include driving cybersecurity-as-a-service (CsaaS), Network and Infrastructure Security Solutions, Electronic Documents and Management System (EDMS) solutions, and Customer Experience Solutions.

She’s a proud associate member of both the Institute of Chartered Economist of Nigeria (ICEN) and the Institute of Capital Market Registrar (ICMR).

Additionally, she’s recognized as a sponsored individual by the Securities & Exchange Commission (SECSI). In 2005, Ekene embarked on her journey with Greenwich Registrars & Data Solutions Limited. Over the past 18 years, she's honed her expertise across various departments, notably the Investors Relations Department, StockBroker Liaison Unit, Verification & Transmission Department, and Stock Reconciliation Department. Her proficiencies span Share Registration, Business Operations, Clients Management, Customer Experience, and Capital Market Operations. Her dedication and competence were acknowledged when she was appointed as the Head of Verification & Transmission Department in 2012. Later, in 2018, she was elevated to the position of Divisional Head, Operations.

Christiana Nnamdi

Head, Human Resources & Admin

Christiana Nnamdi holds a Bachelor’s degree and a Masters Degree in Industrial Relations & Personnel Management, both obtained in 2000 and 2003 respectively from the University of Lagos. Prior to joining Greenwich Registrars & Data Solutions Ltd in 2009, she worked with Bi-Courtney Aviation Services as an Operations Officer.

Upon joining the Company, she applied her extensive skills and diligence attained over the years in the field of Human Resource Management and attained the position of the Head, Human Resources & Admin.

Judith Mosindi

Head, Probate Service

Judith is a highly qualified professional with a strong educational background and extensive training. She holds a B.Sc. in Economics from the esteemed Obafemi Awolowo University in Ile Ife, Osun State. In 2009, Judith began her career at Greenwich Registrars & Data Solutions (GRDS). With over 14 years of associated experience, she has developed a deep understanding of the industry and gained invaluable expertise in Dividend Management, Estate Administration, Marketing, and Research.

Throughout her tenure, Judith has held various key roles within the organization, successfully managing multiple units.

Currently, Judith serves as the Business Development Manager for Probate Services, where she oversees the strategic development and expansion of the department.
