1. Your personal details will be retained for a minimum period of 24 hours following the date of CV service order, and for a maximum period of 1½ years following the date of CV service order.
2. Where it is not possible to specify in advance the period for which personal data will be retained, we will determine the period in line with our retention policy.
3. Notwithstanding the above, we may retain personal data where such retention is necessary for compliance with a legal obligation to which we are subject.

You have the right to object to processing on grounds relating to your particular situation where the relevant legal basis concerns a task carried out in the public interest, official authority, or legitimate interests. Where an objection is made, we will cease processing unless compelling legitimate grounds override your interests, rights and freedoms, or processing is required for legal claims.

Where processing is based on consent or contract and is carried out by automated means, you may have the right to receive your personal data in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format, subject to the rights and freedoms of others.

Complaints and Withdrawal of Consent

If you consider that our processing of personal information infringes Data Protection Regulation, you have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority responsible for Data Protection.
