Anne Mutuah is a seasoned financial services professional with extensive experience spanning business development, human capital management, customer service, investment and asset management, marketing, and stakeholder engagement. She was appointed Acting Managing Director of Greenwich Registrars & Data Solutions (GRDS) in November 2025, having previously led strategic Business Development at GRDS.

With a career spanning diverse areas of financial services and organisational leadership, Anne brings a strong blend of commercial acumen, strategic thinking, and people-centred leadership. She is a Certified Capital Market Operator and is recognised for her commitment to operational excellence, customer experience, and building strong, sustainable stakeholder relationships.

As Acting Managing Director, Anne is focused on driving innovation, strengthening operational efficiency, and enhancing GRDS’ position as a leading provider of share registration and data solutions. Her leadership approach emphasises empowering people, fostering collaboration, and delivering sustainable value to clients, shareholders, and other stakeholders.

Ekene Obiokala is a seasoned Capital Market and Business Operations Executive with over 20 years of experience in share registration, securities administration, investor relations, reconciliation, verification and transmission, stockbroker engagements and operational management within the Nigerian financial services sector.

She has built her career with Greenwich Registrars and Data Solutions, where she has served in various capacities since 2005 and currently holds the position of Divisional Head, Operations, providing strategic leadership across key operational functions. Her professional expertise covers share registration, capital market operations, business process optimization, digital transformation, customer experience and operational excellence, with experience supporting significant capital-market transactions and initiatives.

Ekene holds a B.Sc. in Economics from Enugu State University of Science and Technology, an MBA in International Business and an M.Sc. in Economics from Lagos State University. She is a member of the Institute of Capital Market Registrars (ICMR) and a Sponsored Individual of the Securities and Exchange Commission, Nigeria, and is an alumna of executive and professional development programmes at in Lagos Business School.

Strategic IT Leader with over 13 years of experience driving technology strategy, digital transformation, product development, and large-scale technology delivery across banking, fintech, financial services and capital market.

Currently Head of IT at Greenwich Registrars and Data Solutions, providing strategic leadership across IT governance, digital transformation, enterprise applications, infrastructure, cybersecurity, data management, vendor management, and technology operations.

He previously held senior project, product, application management, and Agile leadership roles and combines strong executive leadership and commercial acumen with expertise in Agile/Scrum, project and product management, digital transformation, enterprise integration, artificial intelligence, cloud technologies, API architecture, data platforms, IT governance, and strategic technology planning.

Judith Mosindi is a seasoned financial services professional with over 17 years of experience spanning Registrar Services, Probate and Estate Administration, Shareholder Relationship Management, Dividend Management, Business Development and Client Services. She holds a B.Sc. in Economics from Obafemi Awolowo University, Ile-Ife, Osun State, and has undertaken several professional development programmes with leading institutions including Lagos Business School, FITC, Philip Consulting and POISE Consulting.

Since joining Greenwich Registrars & Data Solutions (GRDS) in 2009, Judith has held several key roles across the organisation, building extensive expertise in shareholder services, estate administration, securities transmission, dividend recovery, client relationship management and business development. She has played a significant role in the coordination of over 50 Annual General Meetings (AGMs) and Extraordinary General Meetings (EGMs), contributed to the development and implementation of electronic registrar solutions, and supported major shareholder data and regulatory initiatives. Her experience also includes working closely with clients, beneficiaries, legal practitioners, financial institutions, Probate Registries and other stakeholders to facilitate the efficient administration and transmission of deceased shareholders’ assets.

As Head of Probate Services, Judith provides strategic leadership for the Probate business, with responsibility for business development, client engagement, estate asset recovery and transmission, stakeholder relationships and the continuous improvement of Probate service delivery. She is particularly passionate about developing practical solutions that simplify the process of accessing and transferring deceased shareholders’ assets, while strengthening collaboration between registrars, families, financial institutions and other professional stakeholders. Her combination of industry knowledge, relationship management expertise and strategic business development experience continues to contribute to the growth and evolution of Probate Services at GRDS.
