Mr. Kayode Falowo is the Chairman of Greenwich Registrars & Data Solutions Limited. He is a seasoned investment banker with over 30 years of post-graduate experience and practice in Finance. He holds a BSc. (Hons) in Agricultural Engineering from the University of Ife (now Obafemi Awolowo University, Ile Ife) Oyo State in 1982 and an MBA (Finance) from the University of Benin.

He holds a B.Ed in Education from Bayero University Kano, a Masters in Education from Ahmadu Bello University and Doctorate of Philosophy in Educational Psychology from the University of Wisconsin in the United States of America.

He is passionate about the FinTech ecosystem and leveraging technology securely for exponential business growth, economic development and operational excellence.

she is a Director of Greenwich Registrars and Data Solutions Limited as well as Leadway Holdings Limited and Prestige Assurance PLC. She is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accounts of Nigeria (FCA), a Fellow of the Chartered Association of Accountants (FCCA) UK and member of the Chartered Institute of Taxation of Nigeria (CITN).
