01Letters of Administration
Where a person dies intestate, that is, there is no Will lodged in the deceased’s name.
02Grant of Probate
Where a person dies testate, that is, there is a Will written and lodged in the deceased’s name.
03Endorsement of Bank Certificate
Where the desire is limited to asset gathering only.
04Procurement of Additional Assets / Further Security
An addendum to an existing estate, where an asset or group of assets was omitted during procurement of the primary document (Letters of Administration or Grant of Probate).
05Amendment of Letters of Administration
Replacement or modification of any living or non-living element of the estate: name, address, administrators or executors, and so on.
06Power of Attorney
Professional drafting of the instrument that lets Administrators or Executors appoint a representative to act on their behalf in estate matters. This is useful where an Administrator cannot appear in person before registrars, banks or other institutions.
