Letters of Administration
Where a person dies intestate, i.e. there is no Will lodged in the deceased name.
Grant of Probate
Where a person dies testate, i.e. there is a Will written and lodged in the deceased name.
Endorsement of Bank Certificate

Power of Attorney

We provide comprehensive Asset Gathering services to identify and verify the assets of both a living or deceased individuals across registrars and other relevant institutions. Our team conducts searches to trace shareholdings and other investment assets that may not be known to the Administrators or beneficiaries. We compile a detailed report of the assets discovered to support the estate administration process. This service enables the Administrators to identify, recover, and administer all available estate assets efficiently.
